Easter weekend in the country was fun and exhausting. Three little girls, all under the age of 3, running around screeching, giggling, fighting and playing so hard they nearly all passed out an hour before bedtime. I'm sore all over but can't figure out if it's because I was bending down so much to interact with the little ones or from sitting on that tiny picnic table of theirs trying to maintain some order during feeding times.
I think Isabella confused Easter with Halloween. She appears to be an Easter pirate.
This is before church, a day after TWO egg hunts. Barely functioning. In fact, she slept on her daddy the entire service. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
It was a wonderful weekend and I'm taking this week to recover from it. We look forward to Easter next year with her other cousin, Dillon, who I'm sure will be roarin' to go for Bella to boss him and her new brother/sister on the proper way to hunt a candy-filled egg.

Wasn't it just so much fun to see the excitement on her little face though? No matter how tired she was at the end of the day. It was definitely worth the sugar ups and downs.
Cute little bunny girls! :)
It's tough to distinguish Halloween from Easter at that age- it's all just one big chocolate blur. Mmmmmmm!
I don't think she got too excited until we started opening eggs and she saw CANDY, which she never really gets and felt like she was getting away with something. ha!
I love the Easter Pirate! Aaargh!

easter passed dillon by. next year will definitely be better!
Thank you! We think she's pretty darn cute. With very little prompting, she'll belt out a few songs for you too!
