Its Great To Be A Kid

Unhappy with the idea that I can't birth a big brother for her, Isabella has decided to take care of it on her own.

She told me yesterday, in the car (where the most interesting conversations take place), that she'll just get married, have a baby boy named Iloveyou and when HE gets bigger, he'll be her big brother. That's a good idea, right, Mom?

You know all those cool names for the colors in the crayon box? My favorites were always Periwinkle, Aquamarine and Bittersweet.

Now I actually own a crayon color. Rather, my children do. It is this fabulous fuzzy Goldenrod reading chair that was my grandmother's. It rocks, swivels and is totally FUZZY!

That is a pretty rad chair. They will probably fight over who gets to take the chair to college!

haha! i have something draped over the back of Asparagus, the green cousin of Goldenrod.

it helps soften the blow of the vibrant color, don't you think?

I swear I commented on this!!!!! I am sorry, I meant for you to be able to find me I promise!

I think I said something to the effect of she must either REALLY want a brother or have LOTS of patience if she is willing to wait THAT long to have one! LOL I love kids logic, it is so funny to me. What scares me though is that in a strange way it makes sense half the time one just has to adjust their thinking a bit- usually to a world full of strange crayon colors! LMAO

I agree that chair looks super comfy!
